Before a Licensee in the State of Alaska can provide "specific assistance" to a buyer and/or seller, that Licensee must explain the following information regarding Representation.  Alaska law requires it.  Signing this "AREC Pamphlet" does not obligate a buyer or seller to work with a particular Licensee.  It is an only an acknowledgment that the Licensee has explained the different choices of representation available to the buyer or seller.
